Terms and Conditions

Waivers and medical information must be completed before participating in classes and private sessions. Please check in at the front desk before each session.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ILLNESSES CONTRACTED.

Sick Policy

If you or anyone in your household is sick, please stay home. If you cancel due to illness, you will be removed from the schedule for 7 days to ensure the health and safety of our staff and clients.

  • All private and duet sessions must be scheduled by studio staff only.  

  • All individual appointments must be pre-paid.

  • For health and safety: grip socks are required for all classes, gloves are recommended, and masks are optional.

  • To keep our air and equipment clean, please avoid wearing perfumes, tinted sunscreens, or lotions.

  • Please leave personal belongings in your vehicles.

  • Turn off all electronics during classes and sessions.

Cancellation  Policy:

12 Hour Notice Required for Cancellations to Avoid Charge

You have control to cancel a class reservation on time through your MINDBODY app or account.  

To cancel individual appointments, please email everybodypilatesinc@gmail.com or text (239) 221-3116.

Purchase Return/Refund Policy:

No refunds are available for products, drop-ins, or individual appointments. Refund requests for packages must be made within 10 days of purchase.  

If you pre-register for classes or individual appointments, you will be charged for one hour if you request to cancel, change your scheduled time, or adjust your days.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, regardless of available packages on your everyBODY studio or MINDBODY account.
