Terms and Conditions

To Pre-book Membership is required for clients who do not utilize our services year-round or for those who travel frequently due to limited availability. Please note that the annual fee does not cover any services, and packages must also be purchased in advance.

Our annual Memberships do not include Packages, and the following terms and conditions apply:

  • Requested day and time cannot be guaranteed.

  • The schedule may be subject to change and studio closures.

  • Cancellation fees are still applicable.

  • No returns or refunds will be provided.
