Hello my name is Peter Joseph.
I have a passion for helping others live healthier lives.
Yoga is just that for me as it helps increase your vitality and energy levels.
I have been a Personal trainer and group fitness instructor for the past 5 years. I am 500 hour yoga certified and I love teaching meditation and the slower forms of yoga. The slower forms of yoga help us slow down from the fast paced world we are in.
I also have a BA in Psychology with emphasis in mindfulness and behavior change.
