Loren currently plays many roles in the healing community! She mentors Pilates students at Polestar Pilates in Miami,FL and NCH Wellness in Naples, FL. Loren also teaches at Sensory Fitness in Miami.

What you might not guess!? Her passion for dance! The body movement has greatly added to her interest in the healing side of fitness. She most recently preformed with Rosie Herrera Dance Theater in Miami, Adele Myers and Dancers in Miami, Connecticut, and New York City; and Roxana Barba in Miami.

She has taught in the dance departments at Florida State University, and NOVA Southeastern University. She helped in developing curriculum in contemporary technique, cross-training, pilates, and Introduction to the Dance Profession. She choreographed new work for the School of Dance, and collaborated with local galleries to curate a monthly performance series involving students and local preformers.

Her love for teaching and passion for pilates is evident in her classes! Come join her for equipment classes on Thursday nights at the studio!
